When you upload photos or videos, you retain all ownership rights to your content. However, by uploading, you grant Social Monkey a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, display, and distribute this content securely within the context of the respective event gallery.

You are solely responsible for the media you upload. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

By uploading media containing recognizable faces of other individuals, you confirm that you have their implied or explicit consent to share these images within the specific event gallery.

Our platform utilizes advanced facial recognition technology to enable the 'People Search' feature, allowing attendees to effortlessly find photos of themselves from an event.

Facial data is processed solely for the purpose of organizing event galleries and returning accurate search results for attendees. This data is strictly mapped to the specific event and is not sold, traded, or used for cross-promotional tracking.

We grant you a limited, non-commercial license to access the galleries, view event memories, and download your personal photos or videos from events you have authorized access to.

You may not:

- Scrape, mass-download, or mine data/images from the platform without explicit authorization.

- Use the platform or the media contained within for commercial gain or public advertising.

- Attempt to bypass access controls or view private event galleries without a valid invitation or proper permissions.

Access to certain galleries or upload capabilities may require authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Social Monkey and the respective event organizers reserve the right to revoke your access to any gallery or the platform as a whole if you violate these terms or community guidelines.

While we strive for high availability and robust performance, the platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for data loss or temporary downtime.

Social Monkey is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of the user-generated content uploaded to event galleries. We act solely as a secure hosting provider for event memories.
